Aaron MansfieldSales coaching for service businesses Free call review

For landscapers, cleaners, mobile bars, power washers, plumbers, and every service business that sells by phone, text, or quote.

You pay for every call. Most of them never book.

I review your team's real calls and quote follow-ups, show you exactly where booked jobs and recurring customers slip away, and coach your people until they don't. Start with 3 calls, reviewed free.

A closer first. Now I teach it.

I didn't learn sales from a book. I learned it on the phone, in driveways, and running my own businesses with my family's paycheck on the line. Before that I spent years on stage as a touring musician, which taught me something every good closer knows: read the room, then lead it.

$0 to $30K a month

My own company, Give & Go Junk Removal

Hit $30K a month in the first 12 months, then grew to a 12-person team and $300K+ a year. I answered the phones and priced every job.

$500K loss to profit

St. Louis branch of a billion-dollar national company

Took a branch losing $500K a year to profitable in 3 months by fixing pricing, then more than doubled monthly revenue. Now I train reps across the division on how I did it.

2x the conversion

Inbound phone sales, national lender

Converted leads at twice the company average on one of the biggest phone sales floors in the country, and earned senior status in under a year.

A full call center team

Sales trainer, global manufacturer

Led and trained a B2B call center sales team: call reviews, 1:1 coaching, onboarding, scripts, and playbooks.

Six figures in two years

Co-founder, The Buzz'd Bee

Built a luxury mobile bar to six figures, then helped other event businesses copy the playbook.

Six figures, year one

Owners I've coached

Took service business owners from launch to six figures in their first year.

What I specialize in

  • Pricing and repricingMost shops are underpriced and don't know it. I've rebuilt pricing to 3 to 5 times what a branch was charging, and revenue went up, not down.
  • Finding the holes in your callsThe exact moment a booked job slips away, and the words that would have kept it.
  • Missed chances to make the offerUpgrades, add-ons, and maintenance plans your team never mentions.
  • Teaching people to closeAsking for the booking with confidence, handling "let me think about it," and getting a yes on the first call.

Why I'm doing this

People book with people they trust. No robot has figured that out yet.

Everyone is racing to put AI on the phones. I understand why. But in 20+ years of selling, I've never seen software earn a stranger's trust in two minutes, hear what they actually want, and turn a quote request into a customer for life. That takes a person who knows what they're doing.

Sales changed my life. It gave me a career, a few businesses of my own, and a way to provide for my family. The only thing I love more than this work is watching someone else get good at it, and seeing what it does for their paycheck and their confidence.

I'm one of you. I've owned service businesses, answered the phones, priced the jobs, and felt a slow week in my own bank account. When you work with me, you get me, not a call center or a course.

I do use software to transcribe calls so I can review more of them. The listening, the scoring, and the coaching are all me.

How it works

You see what I can do before you spend a dollar.

  1. Free

    Discovery call

30 minutes on how your leads come in, what a great call sounds like for your business, and your current booking rate.

  2. Free

    3-call review

I score 3 of your recorded calls and walk you through the one fix that will book you more jobs. Yours to keep either way.

  3. 90 days of coaching

Weekly call scoring, 1:1 coaching with your reps, and a one-page recap for you every week.

  4. Results you can see

We measure your booking rate against where you started. After 90 days, stay month to month or walk away.

What I do for your shop

Everything is built around one number: how many of your leads turn into paying customers, and how many come back.

Call reviews and scoring

I score your team's real calls against a six-point scorecard, with time-stamped notes on exactly what worked and what didn't.

1:1 rep coaching

Short, focused sessions with each rep built from their own calls. One skill at a time, practiced until it sticks.

Owner and GM reporting

A one-page weekly recap and a monthly scorecard, so you can see booking rates move without listening to a single call.

Call flow and objection playbook

Talk tracks and answers to "how much" and "let me call around," written from what already works on your best calls.

Quotes, follow-up, and speed to lead

A plan for every quote you send and every lead that doesn't close today, plus how fast new inquiries get a response.

Hiring help for CSRs

An interview script and a role-play test so the next person you hire for the phones can actually sell.

Projects for when you want to go deeper

One-time projects that pair with coaching or stand on their own. We'll talk through what fits on your free consult, and I'll send details and pricing afterward. Any project is credited toward coaching if you sign up within 30 days.

Find the leaks

Lead Leak Audit

With your permission, I reach out to your business the way a customer would: a call, a web form, and a text, timing every response. Then I go through your website, Google profile, and reviews.

Pricing Review

Your prices against your margins and your market, plus a good, better, best menu and a script for raising prices without losing customers.

Win more of the sale

Quote and Proposal Makeover

Proposals customers actually read, built as a clean visual page, plus a follow-up schedule for every quote you send.

CSR Hiring Screen

After your first interview, I call your candidate for a role-play as a real customer, score it, and tell you who can actually sell.

Team Workshop

A half-day session on discovery, objections, and closing, built from your own calls. In person around St. Louis or by video.

Grow recurring revenue

Recurring Revenue Plan

A maintenance plan or membership your customers sign up for, with the tiers, pricing, and sign-up script to sell it.

Past Customer Reactivation

A campaign to old quotes and past customers who already know you. Often the fastest new revenue in the building.

What I listen for on every call

Every call gets scored on the same six things, so your team knows exactly what good sounds like.

Opening and control

A warm greeting, their name, and the rep leading the call instead of chasing it.

Discovery

Finding out what's wrong, how urgent it is, and what matters to this customer.

Value before price

Why your company, before a number ever comes up.

Price and objections

Handling "how much" and "let me call around" without folding.

Asking for the booking

A clear ask, a time on the schedule, and next steps confirmed.

Follow-up

Name and number captured, and a plan for every caller who doesn't book today.

This isn’t a cost. It’s an investment.

Every lead you close becomes revenue, and every repeat customer becomes monthly revenue you can count on. Coaching should pay for itself many times over. Start free, with no commitment.

Questions owners ask

We sell in person, not on the phone. Can you still help?

Yes. Most in-person sales start with a call or a text and end with a follow-up, and that is where most deals are won or lost. I coach both, and I can review recorded estimate appointments where your state and your customer allow it.

Do I need special software?

No. If your phone system records calls, you're set. Most do, including CallRail, RingCentral, ServiceTitan, and Dialpad. I'll show you how to export them.

What if we don't record calls yet?

Turning it on usually takes a few minutes in your phone system's settings. I'll walk you through it and the disclosure your callers should hear.

How much time does this take from my team?

About an hour per rep each month for 1:1 coaching. The call scoring happens on my end.

Is my customer data safe?

I sign a confidentiality agreement with every client, only use your recordings for coaching, and delete them after 90 days.

Why offer a guarantee?

Because the work should pay for itself. If your booking rate doesn't move in 90 days, you shouldn't keep paying full price for it.

Do you work with businesses outside St. Louis?

Yes. Everything runs on recorded calls and video, so I coach service businesses anywhere. I'm happy to meet in person anywhere around St. Louis.
